Hosted by the Health Care Retention and Recruitment Office (HCRRO), this one-day hiring forum supports Registered Nurses and certified HCAs with launching or advancing their careers within Manitoba’s health system.

This is more than a job fair, it’s a structured opportunity to move confidently into hiring while supporting safe, high-quality patient care across Manitoba. Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews, with a focus on supporting recruitment in northern and rural communities.

This focused hiring forum connects Nurses and Certified Health Care Aides with real opportunities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Meet directly with Manitoba health authorities and hiring managers
- Learn about opportunities in rural, northern, and urban communities
- Explore the Registered Nurse Re-Entry Program and available funding (for eligible RNs)
- Receive information about retention and recruitment supports
- Eligible candidates may be interviewed by employers
- Secure conditional employment offers on site for qualified candidates

- Your resume
- Proof of registration (for RNs) or certification (for HCAs)
- Proof of immigration status in Canada
- Proof of Manitoba residency
- Proof of completion of a recognized nursing education program
- Evidence of English Language Requirements (ELR)

Registered Nurses Licensed Through Labour Mobility
If you received licensure in Manitoba through labour mobility and are seeking employment, this forum offers employer access and structured supports to help you transition confidently and safely. This pathway helps ensure Registered Nurses enter Manitoba’s workforce prepared to deliver safe, quality care with confidence
Nurse Re-Entry Program (NREP) Student or Graduate
Current or recent Nurse Re-Entry Program (NREP) students who are unemployed and planning their next step in nursing are encouraged to attend. This forum is intended for nurses who are currently enrolled in NREP and expected to graduate within the next year and are not yet registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM). It is also open to recent NREP graduates who still need to complete their required 250 supervised practice hours before becoming registered with CRNM. This event provides an opportunity to connect with employers and explore pathways back into nursing practice.
Registered Nurses (Domestically Educated)
If you completed your nursing education in Canada and are licensed in Manitoba, this forum connects you with employers actively hiring across the province.
