With experience as a nurse and now as an Employment Navigator, I specialize in connecting nurses with opportunities where they can truly thrive, including supporting Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) as they work toward fulfilling their dream of practicing in Canada. In addition to my clinical background, I have completed education in Human Resources Management, which strengthens my ability to support nurses through the recruitment process and career planning.
I understand the realities and rewards of nursing, and I know that nursing careers aren’t one-size-fits-all — every nurse has a difference background, skill set, and passion. My approach is centered on getting to know each candidate as an individual and guiding them through the recruitment and licensure process with clarity, encouragement, and advocacy.
I love helping nurses find not just a job, but a role that aligns with their strengths and interests, because while nursing can be demanding, working in a specialty you’re passionate about makes the work deeply rewarding.
A little about me personally: I spent a year living in a remote community in the Northwest Territories, experiencing nearly a month without sunlight in winter and 24-hour daylight in summer — an adventure that taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community.

As a proud Manitoban, I’m passionate about helping people build meaningful careers in our province. In my role as a Senior Recruiter, I support a wide range of HCRRO initiatives, with a focus on campus engagement, diagnostic recruitment, international recruitment, as well as recruitment protocols and procedures.
Whether I’m travelling outside the province or connecting with candidates closer to home, I love sharing what makes Manitoba such a special place to build both a life and a career. Knowing that my work helps strengthen healthcare teams and supports communities across the province is what makes this role meaningful, and excites me to do this job every day!
When you work with me, you can expect a warm and welcoming experience. I believe recruitment should feel supportive, not intimidating, and I’m always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, or simply be a steady point of connection along the way. Being even a small part of someone’s professional journey brings me a great deal of joy.
If my role had a tagline, it would be: “Keeping Manitoba students in Manitoba.” Much of my work focuses on supporting students as they move from the classroom into the workforce, helping them see a future for themselves right here at home.
A little personal note: in 2026, it will mark 40 years since my parents and sister immigrated to Canada. Their journey has inspired the work I do today, especially when supporting international candidates taking their own brave next steps.
If you’re curious about some of the fun and meaningful work I get to do, I’d love to connect! Follow my journey on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulinelangedock/

Bonjour! Raised in rural Manitoba in the Francophone community of La Broquerie, I developed a deep appreciation for Francophone culture, rural life, and the power of strong communities. Today, I bring that passion into my work as a recruiter, supporting francophone and bilingual healthcare professionals across Manitoba — en français!
What I love most about my role is the opportunity to make a real difference. Helping someone find a career that truly matters doesn’t just change one life — it supports the many patients, families, and communities they’ll care for along the way. Connecting with people who are driven to help others is the most rewarding part of my work – it sparks such a passion in my heart.
I’m proud to promote Manitoba and its vibrant, welcoming francophone communities, from Saint-Boniface to La Broquerie, Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, Saint-Georges, and Saint-Pierre-Jolys. Whether I’m connecting with candidates from across Canada or around the world, I love sharing the culture, history, and sense of belonging that make this province so special.
As a parent, I’ve seen firsthand how important access to French-language healthcare services can be for families. When you work with me, you can expect an energetic, encouraging experience that leaves you feeling inspired and excited about the journey ahead — and confident in choosing Manitoba.
Fun fact: I love snowshoeing in winter, cycling and camping in summer, and spending time with family, friends, and colleagues. I’m Métis and proud to celebrate my heritage.
