Indigenous Health – Workforce Development

Indigenous health career outreach and recruitment is provided through the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Indigenous Health – Workforce Development program.

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Indigenous Health builds capacity within the Winnipeg health region to support the holistic needs of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people.

Their activities include promotion of employment within the Winnipeg health region, recruitment of qualified Indigenous people, and the development of retention strategies for existing Indigenous employees.
