Sonography Canada
Sonography Canada is the credentialing body and national voice for the sonography profession in Canada. Anyone who wants to work as a diagnostic medical sonographer in Manitoba – whether internationally educated or a graduate of a Canadian program – must obtain credentials from Sonography Canada.*
To obtain credentials, individuals must complete a certification examination and the Canadian Clinical Skills Assessment (CCSA™). For more information on receiving credentials from Sonography Canada, click here.
*Employers may also accept credentials from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
